This is a lovely 9ct gold vintage ring. 
The ring is a classic half eternity band set with genuine diamonds and rubies. 
There are four vibrant pink/red rubies which have three small diamonds in between them. 
It is fully hallmarked with DIA (for diamonds), 375 (for 9ct), scales and a rosette.
