Antique 9ct GOLD Locket BROOCH - Memento Mori - Chester Hallmarks - 2.7g

This is a stunning piece of gold jewellery. I
t is very ornate with lovely detail. It is both yellow and rose gold with a pretty embossed fauna/leaf design on the front.
The back has a small hollow section which was likely once a locket that held a lock of hair. It is fully hallmarked with 9. 375 (for 9ct) and Chester assay marks with a date letter which looks to be circa 1906.
There are also makers initials AJC, It is a beautiful brooch and in good condition considering its age, there is a small bead missing from one side which is not very noticeable, but please check the photos for more details, thanks
