This is a wonderful antique Gold Rolo Belcher chain necklace.
It is marked on the second link with a gold tab marked 9ct (for 9ct gold). This type of marking is typically Victorian or earlier.
There is an old style barrel clasp which is working well and has a subtle rose gold tint. The clasp is also marked 9ct. It is a lovely chain and a these antique gold chains are becoming very rare to find. It is approximately 17.5" long and a decent weight at approximately 6.3g. The links are approx 3mm x 3mm.
