This is a pretty antique locket pendant.
It is a nice sized oval shape and quite thick / wide for a locket measuring nearly 1cm thick.
It has a wonderful engraved fauna scroll design on the front and the back with a twisted rope border. Inside there are the original inserts and it comes suspended on a more modern 18" rose gold plated chain necklace.
There are no obvious makers marks and it is a rose gold coloured pinchbeck metal.
