This is a stunning and unusual antique 9ct Gold chain necklace. It is made up of different links with sections of rolo belcher chain with spherical ball links and larger rose gold torpedo style links in between.
The chain has been tested as 9ct gold but the spherical ball links tests as 12 or 14ct gold. It is very unusual and has a 9c tag mark for 9ct gold.
There is a barrel clasp which works securely and is also marked 9c for 9ct gold. It measures approximately 18.5".
These antique gold chains are becoming very rare to find. Please have a look at the photos for more details as this is an antique piece and does show some wear, thanks.
