This is a lovely antique Gold Belcher style chain necklace
. It is marked on the second link with a gold tab marked 9ct (for 9ct gold). This type of marking is typically early Victorian or Georgian.
There is an old barrel style clasp which works well and it is in very good antique condition
. It is a lovely chain and a these antique gold chains are becoming very rare to find. This one has a rose gold tint as well. It is approximate 18" and a weighs approximately 8.6g. The links are approx 2mm x 2mm.
