This is a stunning 9ct Gold locket and chain.
The larger and heavier lockets are much harder to find and this locket doesn't disappoint. It is a really good size and weight at approximately 10.6g.
It is an oval shape with wonderful scroll engraving and a scalloped style border on the front. The back is plain and it has full hallmarks for 9ct gold including the makers initials JS (for Joseph Smith) and 375 for 9ct gold with assay marks for Birmingham. The locket opens up and closes securely and has the original inserts and protective covers, ready for photos or keepsakes.
It comes suspended on an 18" 9ct gold chain. Please note this is a vintage piece so please check the photos for more details.
