Antique Sterling Silver Pencil Holder LOCKET Pendant 1909 18" Chain - Original Pencil - 4g

This is an unusual sterling silver pencil holder locket.
It is a long thin tube like pendant with what I believe to be the original pencil inside with a date 1909 - this relates to the hallmark on the silver pendant itself.
It has full hallmarks for sterling silver on the side of the holder, including the makers initials WV&S and assayed for Birmingham circa 1909. 
It opens and closes securely and inside is the original pencil.
It comes suspended on an 18" sterling silver chain.
