This is a lovely vintage gold ring. It has a pretty smoky quartz gemstone, sometimes referred to as a Cairngorm quartz as a certain type is found in Scotland and used in much of their jewellery, especially during the Victorian era.
The stone is in lovely condition and is set within a a spiral design shoulders.
It is fully hallmarked for 9ct gold including the makers mark GLd and 375 (for 9ct) and assay marks for Birmingham.
The ring is a good weight at approximately 2g and the size is approximately UK size P which is equivalent to US size 7.5, but please refer to the photo of the ring on the ring sizer for more specific details, thanks.
