This is a wonderful vintage or possibly antique sterling silver brooch.
It is a lovely detailed stags head with antlers that curve around a vibrant purple stone (assumed amethyst).
It is a classic vintage Scottish style brooch pin and is marked on the back with 'sterling silver' and the makers initials WBS and there is the older type c clasp circa 1950s or earlier.
