This is a wonderful old silver brooch. It has a detailed Celtic design with a Viking Ship in the centre with Celtic knots either side. On the back there is a c clasp fastening and it is fully hallmarked for sterling silver with Chester Hallmarks circa 1946 and the makers initials S & Co which I believe is Saunders and Sons. This is a wonderful find and quite an unusual brooch. Please check photos for more details as this is an old piece thanks.
