This is a beautiful watch in good working order by Marcel Drucker.
The dial face is in a hidden compartment and has black numbers with silver hands and a seconds hand. 
The bezel is very ornate and along with the strap they are sterling silver with vibrant turquoise colour gemstones all along the watch strap, including the hidden compartment. 
It is marked for sterling silver on the end of the watch clasp and on the back or the watch face.
A lovely everyday, wristwatch.
It’s in good working condition and has been tested for several hours keeping good time (service history unknown).
