This is a beautiful 9ct gold ring with fire opal stones, a tiny diamond and deep navy blue sapphires.
The cluster of stones is set out like a star or flower and is such a pretty design.
The opal stones are small and round and reflect the light wonderfully.
As always, it is very difficult to capture in a photo the opals but they do catch the light and have a lovely ethereal glow about them. The ring is fully hallmarked for 9ct gold including 375 (for 9ct gold) with London assay marks circa 1979.
