This is a lovely 9ct gold vintage ring.
The ring itself is a pretty flower design, with what looks to be an opal in the centre and six clear cubic zirconia stones surrounding it.
Each side of the stones on the side of the shank there are two cut-out hearts. It is fully hallmarked with cz, 375 (for 9ct), optima and other symbols I cannot make out. The ring is approximately UK size N (6.5), but please have a look at the photo of the ring on the ring sizer for more accurate measurements, thanks.
