This is a stunning antique 9ct gold ring. 
It has a nice sized green gemstone which I believe to be chryophase or agate, it's a vibrant apple green colour, although has dulled a bit with age. 
The ring is a rose gold colouring with a detailed leaf design on the shoulders.  It is marked 9ct on the inside of the band (for 9ct gold). 
The ring is approximately UK size O and a half (equivalent to US size 7.5), but please have a look at the photo of the ring on the ring sizer for more accurate measurements, thanks.
