This is a stunning oval enamel brooch.
There is a vibrant enamelled floral design on the front which look to be white flowers possibly lillies with a deep blue border and green detail. There is some wear to the enamel border but nothing to detract away from the design itself and considering its age it is in rather good condition.
It is fully hallmarked on the back for the Georgian era circa 1787 and has a typical c clasp. An absolute wonderful piece of history!
