This is a stunning and rare find! 
It is a 9ct rose gold ring with a cluster of turquoise stones.  
It is fully hallmarked for 9ct gold with the makers mark which look to read T&S, and 9.375 (for 9ct gold), with the rare Chester hallmarks for 1899.
