This is a beautiful Edwardian pendant necklace.
This stunning piece of history is a floral feature with an openwork design. The border encases a four petal flower which in turn holds four smaller flowers and in the centre a vibrant red garnet gemstone.
To add to its prettiness there is a small red garnet drop suspended at the bottom. It has an overall pink red tint and is marked on the back for 9ct gold with 9ct, however, the mark is partly obscured by its own design but it has also been tested as 9ct gold.
It comes suspended on a more modern delicate 20" chain also marked for 9ct gold.
