This is a beautiful vintage gold locket and chain.
The locket is a good sized oval shape with a decorative edging design and a stunning portrait of two Bassett Hounds /Blood Hound dogs. /a fantastic portrait with great detail. Inside there are the original inserts and it shuts nice and securely.
The back is plain and it is fully hallmarked on the bale which look to read, the makers initials DLM and 375 (for 9ct gold).
The chain is approximately 18" and is also fully hallmarked for 9ct gold with GA and 375 for 9ct gold on the link.
