✯ Miniature Painting of a Loch / Lake ✯
This is such a gorgeous brooch. It has a beautiful oval miniature paining of a landscape on mother of pearl and signed ML.
It is possible it is either a Scottish loch or a lake from the Peak or Lake district. It reflects the light wonderfully and is mesmerising how it changes the painting, I've tried to capture this in the photos.
The miniature painting is mounted in sterling silver and is marked as such on the back. It is a very good size and weight.
