This is lovely Victorian revival brooch. It has a beautiful detailed design on the front with a crimped edged border. The back has an open section that would have once held a photo or lock of hair, but now a piece of velvet is in place.
It tests as sterling silver however, there are no obvious makers marks which is not uncommon during this period, but please have a look at the photos for more details, thanks.
